I recently just upgraded to 2024.3.10 and have the same issue with missing drives. I just looked after seeing your post, and although I am at home, the previous drive actually coming home does not show and says my car is still away from home although it is sitting in my garage.

Is it ever going to be possible to schedule a departure (or even charging, for that matter) for a single day, like today only? Instead of only the option of weekdays or every day? Many times I just want to schedule a departure for a specific time later in the day and not multiple days.

How much is the lifetime option? I don't see it on the website yet. I just got me first Tesla and signed up for the Annual plan for Tessie a month ago. Is there any option to change this to the Lifetime plan instead of the Annual plan, if I was so inclined? Thanks!

When I picked mine up on Wednesday at Maplewood, I found a rock chip on driver's door and tiny scratch on the back. The service center took care of it right away before I accepted delivery. It was convenient. My first, and I'm totally amazed with it!

you can't edit unless you switch to cash instead of financing. when issued a vin, then switch back to financing. all through your SA.

Exact same thing happened to me on Wednesday. And then late Friday night, I found my VIN in the app and on the website and updated EDD.

I was checking the app late Friday night, and unbelievably I had a VIN assigned!! VIN received Apr 22 - F427xxx. No delivery scheduled yet though. I texted the SA to see if they could send me additional build details on the new VIN that was assigned. Not real helpful, but they said it will...

No trade-in, and financing not expired, yet. Going to switch to cash before the 60-day financing window closes next month. SA confirmed the account was in good standing and basically said to live with it and hope for more changes closer.

I just logged in again, based on your post. I was in earlier today. But it looks like they are doing software updates on the account website. The dates don't show up in the app anymore, but they do show on the website account information. The completed tasks and financing, etc. no longer...

I did everything online. How does one go about getting an SA? Is an SA supposed to be assigned to me? Or when you say SA, do you just mean calling the phone number of the Tesla delivery location?
