I plugged the car in just after 5pm then it did it’s little pre charge and stopped, then it started charging again at around 19.30 and stopped at 21.30 (when the next session was due to start). It also charging again at 22.30 as per the schedule so I think Octopus shuffled the charging times...

So, the car charged from 19.30-21.30 then stopped. The IO schedule was 21.30-22.00 so is it possible Octopus changed the schedule after it was sent to the app and it didn’t update in the app? I‘m logging and will check against the statement when it drops in a months time.

Yes, those were my thoughts. With an energy account in a different name at a different address it depends if Octopus do any checks on the Tesla account details they have. I suspect you’d need to try it and see.

You would have to setup OI at each address as Octopus is your energy supplier, which will be set to one address. if you’re asking if you can have one Tesla registered to more than one address and do Octopus check if the Tesla login details are already registered to another address, then I think...

There is an option to add a missing charger so I’ve submitted a request to add the 7kw Easee.

Have you tried adjusting the volume when the phone is ringing? In my previous few cars the volume control adjusts the current source, whether radio volume, radio traffic reports, sat NAV instructions, phone audio, phone ringtone etc etc
