Same noise for me. My Y has had it since brand new and it is now less than 5000 miles. Wondering if it is worth a service visit. It only happens on a steep incline and then a left or right sharp turn.

I have the exact same issue. My garage is below street level and so I drive up slowly and make a sharp left turn at the top of the steep driveway. That left turn causes a clunk about 40% of the time. It is quite loud and definitely has something to do with the steering linkages.

This. That shelf gets coated with dust with just a drive or two. Plus the sill right underneath the lip of the trunk gets filthy. I PPF’d the rear and added two layers of ceramic coating. Maybe static makes it attract dust even more? Dunno. No real solution other than regular washing I guess.

So this is a known issue in the Y? How about the other Teslas? Apparently, the Y sucks up dirt like a Hoover in the back. Probably cause of the high rear sill and near vertical vacuum creating the pressure suction. My other gas cars never seem to get this dirty in the back.
