I got the new trade in value after VIN was assigned. So hopefully that won’t change between now and next Wednesday when I pick up the car

Question for the experts here: for financing with lets say DCU, do I need an updated MVPA with trade in details for loan application? OR can i provide the MVPA doc that is in the account?

Tesla increased my trade in value. Couple of months back they offered $5700 for my Honda Accord. I put on another 2K miles on it and now Tesla is offering $6500 :), not sure how but I am happily taking it. Carvana is offering way too lower ($3700)🤷‍♂️

The SA is not completely wrong but there is no such logic. it really depends on your location. If you are on the EC you should see a VIN two weeks prior to delivery. So if you get a VIN anytime before start of your window or within the window add another two weeks from that date. From what I...

Tesla needs to make MYLR customers happy too. They will eventually switch back to MYPs. Lot of us here have EDDs with a 2 week window in May. So, I am HOPING 🤞 they deliver to us soon.

Regarding FSD, I think you first need to ask yourself: Do I have $12K to add FSD AND/OR I don't really care about money? If you answers to this question is YES, then don't read any further and just add FSD. You might get your car earlier. If your answer to above question is NO or not sure then...

Most of the VINs last 2 weeks seemed to be MYLR. Anyone with a VIN for MYP here?

My EDD is still holding at 5/13-5/27. I haven’t received a VIN yet, so definitely not getting the car in the first week of my 2 week window. SA told me the system shows VIN assignment in June for my car. Not sure how he checked this information.

Congratulations! Surprising that you being on the east coast got Vin today and expected delivery is in 4 days. Usually they give 2 weeks after Vin...probably a cancellation?

Ofcourse, it’s a gamble if you want to take it. Highly likely converting to P will put you at the bottom of P queue. What happens after that is all your luck.

If you change to P you will be put at the bottom of performance queue. EDD will probably be Aug-Sept. It’s fully upto you what you want. You will hear different views about upgrades and design changes. If you are looking for faster delivery best bet would be to add FSD to existing order. Tesla...
