Yep, they submitted the refund. You are correct. The best way to get this fixed is to complain about the interior camera not working at night for sentry mode. Don’t mention FSD or autopilot driving.

They keep telling me it’s a firmware issue and there isn’t anything they can do. I’ve seen people who have been to the same thing for the past year. I talked to a Tesla store rep today and they recommend not scheduling an appointment and suggested just showing up.

I have a Model Y Performance June 2022 Fremont build. Driving at night is not possible for me on FSD 10.69.2.3/2022.20.18. Only thing that worked is to have my cell phone light pointing at me or, so far tue better solution, having the screen on day mode at 50%. Other than that, I’m enjoying it.

Problem is people just don’t seem to understand that there are multiple variables. For instance, where is the poster at? What state? Not very helpful for others to get a sense of what’s up with deliveries if people don’t include all the details.

I would say that after reading about the failures you experienced, I am convinced never to buy a Model X.
