I think I came across a popular post saying east coast with a two week window will receive a vin 1-2 weeks before the window. West coast gets their vin 2-3 days before window. Any confirmations?

OD: 3/02 MYP MSM, Black Int, no add-ons Original EDD: May 1st - May 30th. Changed EDD: May 22nd - June 26th Current EDD: May 25th - June 22nd. TN Sad days...sold my car and waiting haha.
