I did a road trip from the west coast to Newfoundland and back with a new model 3 lfp. Lots of supercharging along the way. The car now has 20000km and gets the same 430km on a full charge. During the trip it very quickly dropped to 434km full charge and then reduced much more slowly.

I wrote to the BC government and they replied that if you had pre-ordered or reserved funds for a vehicle that has not yet been delivered. As long as your vehicle is delivered before October 31, 2022, you may still receive the old rebate amount (3k) without going through an application process.

Needing a ferry ride and/or flight for the delivery, we elected to change our car from jointly owned to a single owner. We'll change it to joint on the first registration renewal. I don't know if this is useful to you but I think Tesla would do this for you quite easily.

I just emailed the BC govt and they advised me hat if the car is already ordered and is delivered prior to October 31, 2022, there is no need to apply for the rebate under the new rules and the $3000 rebate will apply (assuming the car was ordered early enough to be priced under the cap.)

As an optimist, I would prefer to believe this is due to an LFP supply issue (to be fixed) rather than an excessive preference for selling higher priced vehicles.

Your experience is similar to what others have said: changes in the US are based on price at the original order date (it seems) but changes in Canada are based on the current price.

I never phone. I send a message via the website (including my reservation number). I've always gotten a reply relating to my issue within a day or two.

Just delayed a week or two as of today. I agree that it probably has something to do with LFP battery availability. I feel I prefer the LFP batteries (for their likely slower deterioration with use) and, at any rate, any change in order would lead to loss of around $8000 in subsidies here in BC.

That sounds a lot like my experience. I now have the CCS adapter in my hands. I had some confusion at the DELIVERED website about whether I needed to repackage the shipment (I didn't really) but it all worked out in the end.
