Oh yeah, I meant PlugShare. I have 2 ChargePoint dc fast chargers within 10 miles of my apartment that are both free. CCS is a must as it will save me a ton of money averaging 500 miles a week.

I am flying to Pittsburg in a week and a half to pick up model y performance. Driving to Pearson Georgia to pick up a new 5x10 cargo trailer about 1,000lbs. Then towing that to Los Angeles. So I literally won’t make the 2,300 mile trip on Superchargers alone.

From what I can see, the pilot sport only comes in the new 5 trim (I.e. less performance oriented) no 5s yet.

Escort (top brand) has escort live with map that other users report as their driving. Ithey also offer laser shifters for $850 (essentially jammer). Only illegal in CA. They work.

You need to invest in a quality radar detector only illegal in dc and Virginia. $600 is a lot for some people to drop but I’ve gotten both k and ka band hits over two miles before seeing cop.
