There was no PPF fitted to the rear when I picked it up.

I can highly recommend Reep Yorkshire for detailing work. Not cheap but PPF , Ceramic Coating, Windows Tints and Interior Wood wrap are excellent.

Looks great. I’m picking mine up tomorrow from Newcastle and then straight to the detailers in Harrogate for PPF, ceramic coating, wood dash wrap and window tinting. Can’t wait.

Same text here this morning. Tried the insurance link as well that takes you directly to direct line. Doesn’t appear to offer anything different or cheaper. … but that’s for another thread.

The same happened to me back in May when I expected a June Delivery. I almost cancelled my order as well but sold my X5 using Autotrader and got 6k more than Tesla offered me. If you have the time it’s worth the effort. Good luck.

It’s the chat window icon when you go Into the order form for a model 3. On a PC browser you should go in to order a new Model 3 and then you should see a chat icon in the bottom right of the screen. You have to enter name and details and it will connect you with an SA.

I’ve just been given an identical EDD. M3P black/black ordered on 2nd April. I was told this afternoon by the SA that it slipped (again) to end of sept as I had chosen Newcastle as a delivery location.

Yes no VIN yet. Spoken to the SA and they also said it’s a positive sign given the date range. The reason she said it’s moved is that I specified Newcastle as a delivery location and Newcastle is not getting a delivery until end of sept. She said no point changing it now but it’s a lesson to...

I’m beyond frustrated now. EDD has just slipped to sep 20 to sep 30 when others ordered around My date (2nd April) have VINs and delivery in August. I feel a heated chat with a Tesla SA is on the cards

That’s quite normal. You are only the registered keeper but the finance company own the vehicle. You can only sell the car when you have paid the finance off. Altering the car means significant changes … ie you can add PPF or wrap, change wheels etc but it has to be easily reversible so the...

Why not sell your car privately? Tesla trade in prices are woeful if it’s not a Tesla. I’ve sold my non Tesla car and got 5k more than Tesla offered on trade in. Second hand car prices are high at the moment. Just dont want you to lose out.
