I asked about the same situation today. Tesla rep, said if you are paying cash you can designate \a 3rd party to pickup the car for you. My guy is the pickiest MF you’d ever want to meet. I’d trust him to pick up my car.

Sell your house and buy another one on the bus route. Eliminate the beater and all those miles. Leave the driving to the school bus.

Never had a wire transfer take more than a few hours.

That wouldn’t work for me. We have a screen in addition to our garage door. I don’t want anything automatic like that. Especially For that price. I think it cost me about $40 to integrate the garage door into Homelink and I can open the door from anywhere.

I just tell siri to open the garage door.

All the ones I’ve seen available for purchase were marked up over msrp. Some as high as $25k!

It’s almost like Tesla is not building to orders but just cranking out certain combinations and then matching those vehicles to a lucky buyer.

Ordered M3 RWD, white/white with upgraded wheels on June 10th. EDD September to December which was updated a few days later to 10/10-12/05.

On the way back to Florida from Mobile, Al we passed a truck hauling a bunch of Model 3s. The truck was just east of Tallahassee. No pictures and sadly, no VIN numbers, but some people in Florida are going to be very happy next week! We saw so many Teslas today, we lost count.

It’s 12K now.

Thanks. We are going to look at some next week. I found a nearby dealer with close to 70 Teslas on the lot.

Is there any place where you can plug in the VIN and find out what features the car came with? We are looking for a ‘21 or ‘22 but the prices are way over MSRP and I’m wondering if they have FSD. We haven’t ventured out to look at any yet.
