Wanted to comment on this. Our trunk would not close without wi g forced. The SR said there was a hinge issue and they are replacing it ;issue within a week of delivery). My bottom line is that the trunk design is flawed. What a hassle. I’d prefer a manual trunk myself

Result was ordering a new hinge painted to match. Two weeks to wait. Meanwhile trunk sort of works but opens at different heights each time. Seriously Tesla?

What was your Order date? Mine 3/17 and just pushed from July 1 end of EDD range to July 17. Which is bogus IMHO. Seeing this behavior, changes in headlights, eliminating accessory charging cord…really bad behavior.

My edd was moved back 16 days—while we were in the early part of a two week delivery window. We have already installed wall charger or I think we would cancel just because this is no way to treat a customer.

With OD of 3/17 our EDD was 6/8–6/22 two days ago. Then 6/17-7/1 yesterday. And today the EDD is 6/19 -7/17! Went from two week window to four weeks and two weeks into the next quarter. How can that be?

Bay Area West Coast here. Our EDD was moved back to include July 1. I wouldn’t count on Tesla!
