Sounds like they have you the wrong part. 1619812-00-B is the correct HEPA part. Vents should go all the way across, not just the left side.

Yes, cabin filters are used for all air flow (including re-circulated air). Hepa retrofit listed here is only for outside air.

Unfortunately it’s not fixed for me on 2022.16.2. Received on 6/24. Rebooting he system always fixes it for a day or so, then it fails to connect to WiFi all over again. At least the dashcam USB drive issue is finally resolved!
