That was my hope but the scratch is deep and down to bare metal so I'll definitely need paint work. I was just wondering if once the dent is fixed the scratch can be touched up or will the whole hood need to be repainted.

Will do! The service appointment is scheduled for July 17. In my case I have to use a lot of strength so I wonder if something is rubbing. I don't see a kid or elderly person being able to operate operating seats to get to the 3rd row.

Mine was changed from Fremont to my house as well yesterday but I called this morning to get it changed back to Fremont since I prefer that option even though that means a 40mn drive.

I called the Fremont number, requested a callback and the representative was able to move my appointment time.

I was able to pick the coverage after going to my profile in the app then "get Tesla insurance".

I was quoted $1086/6 months for $250/500k Full coverage 1000$ deductible collision/comprehensive, 10k annual mileage. So it's cheaper than other insurance companies but not that much cheaper. However, i don't have any other car/home insured with them so that could explain why.
