This happened to me as well and there was nothing I could do to get them to reappear. This situation asted a few months and one day, lo and behold, it was back.

I have to say it vacuums up very easily. My dog is a yellow lab and sheds a ton. I vacuum the seat covers and throw in the wash. Have to say I like it more than other seat covers used in the past.

It seems to be working properly now. I was able to cycle through all radio station presets using the left scroll wheel.
