Any New Florida Service Centers?

Does anyone have news of new Tesla Florida Service centers? I sure would like to see one in NE Florida. They have been talking about one in Jacksonville for over 2 years; yet, I have heard nothing positive.

Charleston, SC EV charging Facilities

Does anyone know of a hotel/motel with EV charging in the Charleston or Mount Pleasant area? I know about the Belmont Charleston Place - they are a little pricey for just 8 hours sleep.
