I noticed this problem today as well. Looks like it last synced April 8. I can connect to the Tesla Energy Gateway locally, so my guess is Tesla is having server issues.

@crazycushu, I changed my reserve level to 75% a few days ago, but the PowerWall is still behaving as if it was at the 70% I had it at prior to the 1.9.0 update -- it doesn't seem to be syncing on the hour.
