Sorry to hear this. There's a few insurances who now cover EV recovery if you run out so it might be worth looking into that. Another thought, does the boot have an emergency open button from the inside? Just as a back up to save the dreaded broken glass issue?

This is the first I've heard for a UK MYP to have a VIN. Good news!!

I've had the same and looked into this a little differently. I'm thinking they have more cars coming than there are cars allocated, so there may be a few being listed on the existing inventory...

Many LR orders being pushed out to Jan - March but then coming back to Q4. Let’s hope for the same on the MYP orders…

Ask your lease company. They should have direct contact with Tesla. Most people's Estimate Delivery Date on this page seems to be the end of November - Mid December 2022 at the moment.

My lease portal is still saying 1st December delivery and has done for a while now. I checked with the lease co to see how these dates are generated and they said they contact Tesla every Friday and then they update the portals accordingly. Seems to make sense to be bang in the middle of other...

Sure Musk wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't an advancement on the current system... Tesla say - "With today’s software, this approach gives Autopilot high-definition spatial positioning, longer range visibility, and ability to identify and differentiate between objects."

I would assume the Tesla factories are all standardised production lines and machines so it makes no real difference where it comes from. I see it as a German pressing the start button on the production line after a morning cuppa or a Chinaman 🤣 It seems LR's have been delivered to the UK...

Why do they ask for it to be delivered by November? Is is possible to ask Fleet Solutions if they know more?

Looking back on the LR owners and signatures, they seem to take delivery around 4 weeks after the VIN is assigned 🤞🏻

Do we know how accurate these EDD’s are based on owners previous ordered and LR EDD’s for people who have their cars already?
