I have released my P85 for trade in on delivery of a P85D, my Tesla App still shows my old car and VIN #. It can't log in to the car. I also still see my old Model S on My Dashboard. Any solutions to this?

I placed and confirmed my order for a P85D on 10/10/14. Looked at my dashboard this morning and it was asking me to "Confirm" my order again??? Anyone else experience this? Hopefully doesn't push me further back in line to take delivery!
