@Kate@Teslogic I have updated the cars firmware to 2023.32.4 and now the app is not working correctly. The kWh is jumping around and battery info is not giving me the correct degradation. Can you please look into this and supply and update soon. I can use the app anymore with the car.

Setup a shortcut when your phone starts charging to open the Teslogic app

Tracking was provided through the shop app. From memory, it took 2-3 weeks to deliver.

You can get ones that fold flat which I had previously but then it was not able to charge the phone. Cause Use it all the time, if not using Teslogic app I would use it for Waze. I don’t mind it being there all the time.

Your phone becomes the dash just behind the steering wheel or you can use an old phone. Work perfectly if you get a MagSafe charger at the same time which is what I did to mount the phone.

It connects within a few seconds of opening the app. The app was freezing which was annoying. I love using the Teslogic app, it give me more information about the car and better. Especially the batter degradation and number of charges.

This is the cable to got, but I can’t connect from the computer to the second big connector. I know the longer cable is connected to the middle of the car. Hope you can help me.

Can you help with installation? I’ve purchased the cable but not able to connect to the computer because it is a the left side and everything is on the right side.

@Kate@Teslogic I’ve notice the app crashes occur a lot when I’m charging the car if that helps.

Yes, I can’t get it to work either. Mines just sitting in its box and can’t resell it to anyone in Australia.

The red line at the bottom is when your brake light are on. This come in handy to know when I’m autopilot the car is braking. I love the app also, a screen in front of me which I can remove if I don’t want to use it. Little bugs are annoying and hopefully the come out with more updates.

I have an iPhone. The Max speed we didn’t have an issue with the previous version.

There is a bug where the max sped does not match the cars speed until it reached the limit. I also have notice the app freezing at times.

Thanks, that’s what I thought. The Carlinkit is unusable now.

I’ve just purchased my model 3 and got carlinkit for apple CarPlay. However once I put it into drive, the browser disappears. Am I missing something or that’s how the Tesla works, disabling the browser. I’ve seen video where people are using the browser while driving.

Hi Kate, I found out the connector is on the driver side of the model 3 in Australia. All the video was showing passenger side. Also, will there be any new app update? Enter saved km is always ‘0’ like in the screenshot.

Thanks, I didn’t realise it was the driver side. I was checking the passenger side. All the videos were American I was I doing the opposite for Australian model. Got it working and I love it. A display that I can remove and it is not permanent.

Can someone help me how to install onto a 2022 model 3, the female blue cable seems to be used and I can’t daisy chain it with the supplied cable from Teslogic. I purchased the 2021+ version so it should work.

@Kate@Teslogic I’ve tried to install this on my M3 RDW but the blue female plug is been used I am not able to see another cable. Can you help?

Just got my SMS to pick up at Alexandria on 3/2. Annoyed that I have to wait a month for the delivery date.

I have already emailed my SA and hopefully get an answer back tomorrow. They also could be doing this so we don't get our expectation up high.

I ordered around the same time as you. This is so frustrating and no communication from Tesla

It’s the start of a new quarter for them, so they don’t about getting the deliveries out quickly anymore.

My delivery date has been moved to February 2 - February 23. That is BS. I’m now getting really annoyed about this. OD 4/4

You guys should check out Teslogic - Mobile Dashboard for Tesla Model 3/Y a HUD using your mobile and it’s not permanent and gives more information. Easy install too

What about the Paganella, that’s due to port Kembla on 14/12. That would be perfect timing for the delivery. Viking Passama is due on 22/12 and I don’t think we will get it this side of the new year

Phew, I wondered why the final invoice was reduce by 2k. That explains it. I still have to claim the NSW EV rebate.

I just realised with the final invoice it doesn’t have stamp duty. Does that mean we can’t claim the government rebate?
