    Tesla's "Model X Update" Email on June 16, 2014

This is a safety concern I raised as the I believe the second question I ever asked on this site. Bonnie had no opinion she could only blabber like a weak clueless internet newb who only drives from lawn bowling two blocks to the library. who also happens to be a moderator. I appreciate the...

    Tesla's "Model X Update" Email on June 16, 2014

Okay I am for safety before style. You guys choose what is important to you, I don't regret posting a question asking for opinions on a roll over scenario. Bonnie you are very good at manufacturing cubic meters of yada yada, are you on here to hear yourself talk. How long does it take for you...

    Tesla's "Model X Update" Email on June 16, 2014

Safety and car design should, in my opinion take in worst case situation, for example X with seven occupants, severe crash, all unconscious, vehicle on its roof, fire in the dash region. You are first paramedic on scene explain your steps. These types of crashes happen all the time.

    Model X Roof Rack|Hitch Rack|Trailer|Toys

Few two doors have five people in the back plus driver and front passenger. The X is a vehicle that isn't being produced yet, by a very good NEW car company that has only designed one car through production. I am very impressed by pictures of the results of front and rear crash results with the...

Actually Bonnie I was asking a question, and was and am putting it out for discussion, I was not assuming anything. However I accept your apology for assuming what I am concerned with was not safety related. But it wasn't really necessary. Have a good night.

    Tesla's "Model X Update" Email on June 16, 2014

Tesla seems VERY high on driver and passenger safety, wouldn't you agree? I'll see your handful and raise it by hundreds. Some of us make our living by attending accidents, treating and extracting patients. The reality is this, survivability can come down to seconds or minutes. Tesla may want to...

    Tesla's "Model X Update" Email on June 16, 2014

Bonnie, I feel comfortable asking the question before the vehicle is built and sent to the customer. It is after all just a machine, and probably nearly twice the price of the most expensive minivan.

What happens with the falcon doors in the case of accident rollover, where the X ends up on it's roof?

Trev Page, in an accident scenario, having one of the falcon doors inoperative due to a roof rack could be a big problem

BMW and Tesla converse about share Supercharger network

This is fantastic news and a major step forward. However a little devils advocacy will help us stay frosty.

Tesla vs BMW i3 test drove both back to back.

I can't knock the i3, but for me the Supercharger network, and the ability to drive, for free, throughout the US and eventually Canada on it, is Huge.

Ask Me Anything -- Motor Trend's Jonny Lieberman Defends Picking the Benz

I would like to see Jonny do comparisons of Model S to all the big player's best cars. Motor Trend knows who butters its bread and Jonny does a pretty good job with his random off balance style.

Jonny, will the Benz depreciate faster than the Model S in your opinion?
