The SC in US just went from 196 to 195. Which one "disappeared"?

Some Canadian J1772 are 70 amps. If I use a J1772 adapter and connect the P85 (US model) to such a connection, will the adapter limit the amperage to 30 amps?

I want to install a Blackvue dash cam behind the rearview mirror and run the wire from the A-pillar to the frunk, where I can connect it to the fuse-box. Can someone who has done it before help with some directions.
