I get a confirm for the trunk but not for the frunk when I am three houses from my house. At this time my comment is that when I am out of range for one I am not out of range for the other. It appears that the confirmation for the frunk when out of range is not happening now.

Well, they changed this and I don't agree with what they did. (I have a 2019 Model 3 SR without the auto-open trunk.) Now the frunk and the trunk open without a confirmation even if I'm not near the car.

Did you contact the seller? If they won't replace it they should at least hear that what they are selling is failing.

I have had trouble near the airport too. On a recent trip I was at the terminal and looked at the app. It showed that my car was at my house with the door open. (It was in long term parking.) Maybe a problem with the car's cellular connection in the area?

It isn't a problem just a difference. The TT-30 allows you to use a 110 volt 30 amp outlet (7 mph to 10 mph depending on which car you have). Most others listed are for 220 volt outlets. (The Tesla page doesn't say which voltage.)

That web page that I linked has a chart that compares the charging speeds. It ranges from 7 for an X to 10 for a 3. I haven't paid attention to the speed. I have plenty when I'm ready to go and that is all pay attention to.

I wonder if your passenger doors were unlocked with the old version. It is something that I found by accident and probably not what you would normally try when you are using this setting.

With my M3 it wasn't just the trunk that could be opened - it was all of the passenger doors if they were opened before the driver's door. That is something that my passenger found by accident. So this change fixed what I believe was a flaw in the original design...
