The vehicle park assist would not function with water on the cameras. Obviously you didn’t read it throughly. If rain obscures the cameras and they Don’t work. That’s not an opinion it’s a fact.… they just don’t work.

I’d like to ask how everyone feels about the new Vision Park Assist? So far I have not had good luck. When it was raining it would not work due to cameras covered with rain. When it’s not raining the accuracy of the measurements it displays are way off.

My brief experience with “Vision Park” is it doesn’t work. I used it the first two mornings I had it while it was raining out. It said cameras obscured by rain and did not work at all. I ONLY have this option with park assist since my 4 month old Tesla never came with any parking assist. So far...

Newer model Y less than 2000 miles. While charging my Tesla sitting in the car with the seat heater on I noticed some (water?) coming out underneath. Is this normal condensation or something I need to worry about?

I agree with you…I have a 4 year old volvo that has fantastic lane assist… I think many Tesla drivers never had any other car with lane assist.

Have you used the auto pilot much… I have a similar feature on my volvo and have never had an issue… I have had one phantom braking incident in the Tesla model y..

Very serious… a coworker had owned his model 3 for two months and has three or four chips in the front end… seems like a very thin paint job. I have a four year old volvo that I’ve driven to Vegas more than a dozen times .. no paint chips

I’ve now owned my model Y for one month. Drove to Vegas over Christmas to visit mom. Already got a chip in the paint on the frunk lid. Two days after our return a rock hit the passenger side window. Cracked top to bottom… anyone else with similar problems?

I got a new Y and to my surprise no parking sensors…sucks. As you stated this car is to damn big not to have this feature

Yes there are those but nothing audible and apparently previous generations had measurements and sound. IE… nothing in front or rear telling you when to stop

The camera is working but no measurements and no audible noise. Also nighttime backing up is tough is your parking in a tight spot… honestly it’s not great. 👎🏽

Just got my first tesla MY. I was not happy as well. They say they’re going to fix it using software but i still can’t understand why they would remove sensors BEFORE they have a fix. Some on this forum seem to think its no big deal but when you pay well over 50k for a car it should have it all.

The waterproof key fob is about 2&1/2” long and 1/4” thick and I ware it on a lanyard. Is the card key water proof or will it fail over time? Can’t find anywhere teals says it’s water PROOF

I’m not worried about the cost of a replacement card, I’m worried about getting out of the water and having no access to my phone or the vehicle

I like to surf. Can i surf with my key card and turn off/airplane mode my phone? Will the salt water degrade the RFID card over time? I’ve used water proof credit card holders in the past. But they always fail. Thanks in advance!

Just received my MYLR last week. Is is supposed to have the front mud flaps and rear wheel PPF? Also had 15 miles on the odometer. One small scratch on the plastic rear bottom and driver seat stitching not perfect. Only thing that’s really made me unhappy is the lack of parking sensors.

I received my MYLR this past Friday. No parking sensors. A vehicle this expensive should have this feature. Fix it tesla.
