Was it the rear seat center buckle? Did he replace the whole buckle or just the harness?

Did anyone manage to fix this without the Service Center? Mine wants $491.44. In the estimate it said the 2nd row center buckle needs to be replaced.

It’s not too bad, no extreme curb rash, but some minor scratches on edges of all 4 wheels. Not sure I want to pay $400+ for that.. there must be the right touch up color set somewhere..
