I have pictures where the cabling comes from and should be long enouch, I do not think your car have a spesial made hardness so it the same lenght as other cars and then it is stuck somwhere. ;-)

On passenger side you need to remove the side convers to the center console and the screw is behind it. If I remember right the other one can be replaced by the clip. You can put the plunger between the plastic cover and open to free the cable that is just stuck between.

As I have written before I have removed 30-50 plastic trims on in the back. Two plugs replaced and Tesla sell them. White plugs are tuff, blue easy. I posted a video that shows the procedure. The trim is as fast as before the plugs is made for mantle and dismantle.

Tesla use a cable tie (strips) between the led lock to make it tight where they have made the cut to large. The tie need to be innstaled from behind and make it quite tight.

I would be more worried about the gap below the hood, where the T is mounted in the winter. A friend was on the release event and it is a 10cm gap. This will be filled with snow and salt in the winter time. The T is "floting" in the air and easely broken of as a suvenier.

The connector is quite large, around 45mm long: The male is 18 x 19mm and recognized by the lip on the side and top. The female have lock integrated in the housing. The pins is square. Have not been able to locate it at Mouser, have not given up quite yet. :-(

VW have multiwan for quite some time, the seats can be mounted in different directions, removed, folded flat, are individual and have seat belt integrated in the seats. It is easy to move the seats around.
