I've had a Volvo V60 plug-in for 7 years, right before my Tesla Model Y RWD that I have now. Had many cases of heavy snow and bumpers being dirty or with fresh snow on them: they didn't work or, even worst .... they kepts doing "beeeep" randomly during driving ... They are not perfect, too.

That's the point ... with blinded camera, no joy. But with snow on the bumpers ... USS stop working, too. With my previous Volvo V60, the USS started to work bad on front right during heavy raining ... there's no perfection.

Can't agree ... the front is very easy to be understood, because it is totally vertical ... (Model Y in my case). When you see the top of the "nose", you see where you are. From first attempt I can park at less than 5 cm without sensors (that would be doing "beeeeeeeeeeep" all the time under 30...

I'm one lucky owner of a Model Y RWD 2023, without USS, too. Proximity alerts while driving are there ... there's no sound, but on the screen, if you turn the turn signal you will see a red lane line and a red vehicle (that is putting you at risk if you turn/change lane). It does work already...

If you have USS in the 2022, go for it. FSD should be transferred, based on the fact that I see many on sell from car dealers where it is clearly stated for some Teslas.

That's my opinion, too. However, it took some time for me to decide to go for the MY RWD and not for the LR, due to the price difference. Now ... I could have purchased the LR at the same price. It's more that ... I would have another car, rather than another value.
