I have a 2023 MYLR that spent Winter 22-23 in Minnesota. Count on 150 miles max range (140 miles useable from 5% to 95%) when it's below freezing and you're going highway speeds (75 mph+). Should be fine in the warmer months, as range is more like 175 - 200 miles when it's warmer.

I returned both of the Tesla shades I ordered. There is no use to have a shade on the rear hatch window because it's already so dark as to barely be able to see through it and an aftermarket two piece shade from Amazon for $40 looks better, sags less, and holds better than the $120 Tesla one.

Regardless of whether it's his fault personally or not I think the larger issue here is the fake range estimates the government allows to be used. The 330 miles of range claimed on my 23MYLR is a fake number. Just as the 371 miles on my 21MXLRP was fake. The made up range numbers need go away.
