    White/White Model Y Waiting Room

Took delivery 2/10. Vehicle was pretty flawless and we had no issues with it. From Fremont, matrix lights, cargo cover (they are next to useless though imo), but didn't get the mudflaps or rocker panel PPF.

IRS raises maximum eligible price limit to $80k for Model Y

Still can’t link any credible review? I thought so. Just more gibberish. As for your grand goal of informing the consumer, I’m sure your comment about sissy fits is really helping you achieve that. I can see why one would want to key your car for sure. That type of Tesla driver.

IRS raises maximum eligible price limit to $80k for Model Y

Which car experts are you referring to? Most, while they still wouldn't trust FSD, indicate they've seen improvements over time. Try to grow up a little. Maybe then you won't have to resort to insults or jump to conclusions.

IRS raises maximum eligible price limit to $80k for Model Y

While it's not true FSD, it's improved a TON, so no idea what you're talking about.

IRS raises maximum eligible price limit to $80k for Model Y

Which is especially funny because most people are beyond dumb.

Did you order it with your Tesla? How come they preinstalled it? That’s cool.

    My Tesla Experience So Far

You sound like a terrible terrible driver who’s a danger to other people on the street. I truly hope you learned some lessons.

Discussion: Model 3 and Y price drop Jan 2023 / April 2023 / Oct 2023 and All other Pricing Speculation going forward

Not sure why you’re still here. That’s not how taxes work. Corporate tax rates are like 20%. So you save 20% by claiming the depreciation. You still lose the 80%.

Discussion: Model 3 and Y price drop Jan 2023 / April 2023 / Oct 2023 and All other Pricing Speculation going forward

The rebate is based on delivery date, not order date. And right now, EDD for some orders are already pushing in April. So...your feeling is most likely wrong.

    White/White Model Y Waiting Room

You going to get it fixed or leave it? Which checklist or video did you use for things to check for during delivery? Thanks for sharing!

Accidentally ordered 2 Model Ys -Tesla wont refund one of the orders

Talk to a rep at the store? Or...try again when you are scheduling delivery? I'd think they'd be much more amenable to a refund at that time.

Tax Credit Question Is it true ?

“You can’t apply excess credit to future tax years.” I don’t know how it can get anymore clear than this. It was right in the quote I provided you. To be even more clear, you cannot carry forward this credit. It is not like a solar credit. Also, buffet pays a lower tax RATE than his...

Tax Credit Question Is it true ?

It's pretty clear: "The credit is nonrefundable, so you can't get back more on the credit than you owe in taxes. You can't apply any excess credit to future tax years." Also, 7500 tax liability is super small. Only people I know who don't meet that and who (financially) should be buying a $60K...

Discussion: Model Y General Waiting room for orders placed After January 2023

Did you get the wall connector yet? If so, how much was it and who did you use?

Discussion: Model 3 and Y price drop Jan 2023 / April 2023 / Oct 2023 and All other Pricing Speculation going forward

I personally think over half the people who say they won’t buy again will just be enticed by the next Tesla innovation (assuming it’s big enough) and forget their so-called principles. Btw, principles should be rules based, not emotion based. It makes no sense to call it a principle to not buy...

Model Y - Initial Impressions - Delights, surprises, disappointments and concerns

Surprised you didn't research and know this going in. Maybe you're just a baller like that.

Model Y - Initial Impressions - Delights, surprises, disappointments and concerns

What's the difference? For the purposes of just keep the vehicle in the lane while on AP, FSD won't be better than basic AP right? I'm confused.

Model Y - Initial Impressions - Delights, surprises, disappointments and concerns

Not sure I followed this at all. Why would you trust a call that has inferior lane keep assist? To be clear, lane keep assist just means keeping the vehicle in the lane. I had a Volvo and it would either work or it would disengage. Tesla bounced me around a wide lane, and seemed far less...

Ford Mustang Mach E Needs a Rethink

You had me until you said MME compares well vs. EQS or Cayenne. If you look at the details, it's not even close. Maybe this is b/c you're jumping over from a 2010 Honda. Even Kia/Hyundai have similar interiors nowadays.

Tax Credit Question Is it true ?

Just in case anyone's curious, if married filing separately, both names can be on the title. Obviously only one of them can claim the credit. Previously, I've heard people advising others to just have the name of the person claiming the credit on the title, and not to include any others on the...

Tax Credit Question Is it true ?

What if a couple makes over 300K jointly, but chooses to file separately and the spouse makes under 150K? I'm assuming the spouse can claim the credit. Does the car need to be in her name only or is it okay to have both names on the title?
