My rattle source was the black stoppers on the hatch. It would press against the plastic piece that is connected to the taillight. Give that one a shot. Had to rotate it counter clock wise a couple times and it went away. The rattle was driving me nuts, surprised that plastic piece is even there

Yes do it in the app you get accepted in like 5 minutes. Super quick and easy. That's what I did to avoid them not having to release the car and assign me a new one since the credit union I was use were dragging their feet
