    Some of these look like damage from bird droppings. I can't imagine a detailer could do this without trying hard, but then again maybe these newer paint chemistries are more sensitive to overheating.

    There is also a crack in the square tube running along the entire length of weld next to the left bracket. Depending on the alloy used,the strength of the tubing will be reduced right next to the weld,which is common for any kind of welded part.
