The PPFs and the mud guards should be installed at the local showrooms based on my recent conversation with the EP showroom. Mine has both. As @bekk said, you should still check during your pick up.

For anyone who is interested as I am about Tesla's logistic order: I scheduled my devliery on 3/18 (Sat) for 3/23. Called today and was told that the local showroom is expecting my car tomorrow (3/21) evening. That leaves one day to prep the car.
