Same issue on my 2023 M3P with Apple Music - I find the double-button-hold screen reset is what ultimately is most effective at resolving.

What would happen if you put 18” wheels on a M3P? Imagine the Aeros don’t fit with the brakes, but is there any aftermarket wheel that would provide similar aerodynamics? Would the M3P then get better than 315?

I’d love to know why as well!

Drove my wife in the M3P for the first time on a longer trip (~200 miles) yesterday. Two phantom braking events and the cruise was off for the rest of the trip. I like your pilot comparison - makes sense.

I was driving the other day, this came on - surprised the hell out of me. This is by far the hardest-hitting song I've found in my M3P to date - especially right about the 0:40 mark where he goes "oooooooooooohhh" and then it gets going. Wow.

Update - took it to the St. Paul service center, in-and-out of there in 10 minutes, barely had time to finish my cup of coffee. Awesome!

I have a 2023 M3P on 2023.6.11, it has started acting up with PaaK. I'd say it works 3 out of 5 times on first attempt now. iPhone 14 Pro w/ iOS 16.4.1.

picked it up! Panel gaps and interior fit/finish are great. The wash at the shop must have used gravel and dust in various spots, as it has some scratches… nothing a little wax and elbow grease won’t get out. A little bit of the tire goo on a couple of the wheels, but I’ll also remove those...

Dumb question: how much of a charge will my new car have when I go get it?

Hypothetical: I pick up my M3P during the day when it’s 45 degrees. I go to a hockey game. The game is done at 8pm. It’ll be in the low 30s or upper 20s by then. Dry roads, no precip. Am I good to drive it home 60 miles? Am I overthinking this? Edit: my concern is the summer tires.

I never noticed that before - it was only the gas savings over 5 years or whatever they claim. Good catch - hope there’s not bad news on Monday about the credit.

Ooof, the one I want just showed up in inventory two states over… not able to be registered in MN, else I’d go get it. Dang.

Another poster above did the same thing I did - ordered the RWD and converted it to a LR AWD - the people at the showroom have to do it for you, they put in a ticket and then someone somewhere else changes it. Took about an hour for mine to switch. Of course, had I known then what I know now...

You can order a base RWD and then call a Tesla store and have them change it to a LR AWD.

Correction... will add $860 + the destination $1390 - so $2250.

Hello, fellow M3P folks. I ordered a M3LR on 2/8, had an EDD of Feb-Mar 2023, and then it changed to May 28-July 8. Switched my order to a M3P on 3/4, website indicates a March 2023 delivery... will advise when I get a VIN.

I broke down and switched my order to a M3P... added another $860 to the price and I'll need to get a set of winter wheels/tires before fall. Allegedly will get it in March still. Driving my 2011 Taurus with 160K on it last night and the transmission did a couple hiccups... I can't limp it along...

I just hope they don't change the sound system... that's half the reason I'm getting the car. Guess I'm listening to the investor day presentations now. :)
