    Tax rebate without SSN

    Hello guys, I live in CA and I am planning to order a new Model S, but I don't have an SSN so I believe that I'm not eligible for the tax rebate. However, I'm wondering if I sold my car in the next 3-5 years, is it possible for the first hand buyer to claim the tax rebate ?
