That’s exactly what happened. I received a call from Tesla. They explained the disabled functionality and gave me two options. To accept the delivery with disabled functionality or to wait for unspecified amount of time for the delivery, when they restored everything advertised.

That’s less than optimal. Big deal about Costco, they rotate and balance for free. But only if you buy tires from them. Of well, that’s a nicety that can wait.
