    Don't take your hands off the wheel

    Sorry for the repeat if this has been mentioned before, but I find it more comfortable to rest my wrist on my left knee in the M3 and flick the left scroll wheel up then down 15 seconds later to avoid the nag. Apparently this satisfies the "keep hands on wheel" requirement
