Will these fit on a Model 3 okay?

I realize these have been sold, but do you know if tires/wheels like these (MYP take-offs) will fit on a Model 3?

The tires on a stock MYP have a 28" outer diameter. I have heard the Model 3 original tires are 27.5". If this is true, is that 1/2 inch significant?

The pin receptacles need some adjustment or replacement in the handle that came with the Model Y I bought slightly used a few weeks ago. How do you open up that handle to get to those pin receptacles? If that is not doable, how do you replace the handle?

Can you pre-cool the Model 3 remotely? My wife would be thrilled if on a typical day in July here in the Atlanta area (95 degrees and 90% humidity) I could get the car cooled down a few minutes before leaving the restaurant to drive home. This would be a factor in my convincing her to buy the car.
