From the few drives I did in the city with the new maps, it guides me through new roads (fall 2017) and seems to recommend the best route based on traffic. The maps on the instrument panel seem to finally be in sync with the maps on the center display.

Updated to 2018.14.2 on Thursday, car did a 5.3GB download after work on Friday and got the new maps this morning.

They now offer some sort of valet service for 100$ (I think the price is for both trips). They'll pickup and drop off your car in Ottawa to any address you want and they bring you a loaner at the same time. I'm trying the service my first time this week.

Looks like North Bay now has a CHAdeMO charger according to the myEvRoute app (KSI070) and one soon in Mattawa. Curious if this is true or if it's another 16kW - 20kW max output where you can get similar elsewhere for free (Tesla HPWC).

Is that your 90%? My S90D gets close to that when charging to 100%, about 241 (388km) when charged to 90%. Looks like I'm on the very low end of where it should be (~9% degradation for about 35,000km 1 year later).

From what it seems, the rule of thumb of charging to 100% is to start driving as soon as possible as its not good for a car to sit at 100% for long periods of time. The question I have is how safe would it be charging a 90D to 100% with a 110V source? Since its a process that could take ~6-8...

Thanks for the info, Huntsville could be a good summer alternative until North Bay supercharger is built in order to travel to New Liskeard / Sudbury. First trip to New Liskeard I stopped in Petawawa & North Bay for 2.5hrs total of charging.

Mine usually has a little delay after pressing the latch button, then unlocks and opens up. Though in the early days I had the car alarm set to on and somehow triggered the alarm when approaching the car from the back and trying to open the trunk. Since then I turned the alarm off.

I've seen a CHAdeMO appear in Ottawa on Plugshare the other week. It was a station from the VERnetwork but it disappeared shortly after. From what I remember it was south of the highway near downtown.. not sure if it was a fake station or just not yet in service but here's hoping!

For sure about the off hours on deliveries, they even proposed coming to Ottawa and do the delivery here.

I'm guessing June 24th will be your delivery date, I only heard back from my delivery specialist about a week prior to taking delivery. Then it was rush to get all the pre-paperwork done (trade in, plates, etc). Congrats on your new Tesla!

My guess is they would be open only for deliveries. I took delivery on good Friday (March 25th 2016) and they only opened the store for deliveries. Since June is another end of quarter they probably have a lot of deliveries to do. I think they had 12-15 the day I took delivery.

Updated this morning and noticed the same "key no longer in car" issue this evening. Took a few minutes to go away, putting key in cup holder didn't help, tried using the key to lock / unlock and went away after that, not sure if it was good timing..
