How on Earth do you clear 'suggested' in Navigation?

Suggested Destinations is completely insane and useless. I spend summers 1000 miles away from where I live and I DON'T need Suggestions for places back home. I think when Musk had Tesla programmers "fix" Twitter with cute Suggestions to get you to click elsewhere those programmers thought...

Temperature touch targets with poor contrast

OK. OK. I'll try voice commands. Sounds a good way to go.... safely. My trick on trying to touch the screen on bumpy roads is stablize my hand by holding the edge of the screen and hope my thumb will reach the button. Just more proof that all the UI programmers live in California where bumpy...

Temperature touch targets with poor contrast

I've had my MY for nearly two years. And this problem drives me crazy. I keep hoping upgrades will fix it but instead foo-foo stuff just keeps being added --- like more toybox games and gimmicks. As examples: a Santa reindeer sleigh, a Mannheim Steamroller Light Show, even a fart bag gag... oh...

    Rear Headrests

The instructions in the owner's manual works. I'd suggest do this from the backside of the headrest. It's easier to see what you're doing because of the contour of the headrest blocks the seat-side view since the single notch rise is so short.

Supercharger - Houston, TX - 9633 Westheimer Road (Service Center)

The building Tesla is moving into is huge and had been empty for some time. It's in an area called West Chase. Don't know, but I'm guessing Tesla is moving out of their Galleria Showroom -- in addition to relocating the West Chase Service Center. The Galleria was a horrible location to give test...

    Model X sighting in Houston

I went to this past Sunday's Social at the Airtex showroom. The sales person assured me I did not see a Model 3. And if there were one around, she would be very upset it didn't stop at the Showroom. There are only a handful of 3s and they are all in CA. With a couple of Model Xs in the repair...

    Model X sighting in Houston

I just saw a red Model 3 go down the street I live on in Houston Heights. Needless to say, I did a double take. Has anyone else seen one in the wild?

Typical supercharger stops between Houston and Dallas

I recently did a big road trip to and fro Indianapolis. No direct route since no SCs in Arkansas or western KY or Eastern TX. Went to Atlanta to see a cousin, then north. 1400 miles. Then return via I-70 west to Wichita KS then south through Dallas. 1250 miles. Instead of skipping SCs, I stopped...

    TxTag/EZpass

I live in Houston and have a Harris Co EZ Tag (windshield). Never had a problem until I drove on the Grand Parkway (TX Tag). Suddenly I got a bill directly from TX Tag for several violations. I made three calls to TX Tag and got three different answers what could be wrong. Turns out all three...

    Houston, TX

With all this rain we've been having in Houston, I finally realized my windshield wipers make more noise than they should. A creaking noise, not an aged rubber blade on glass squeak. My 2001 Ford Ranger have quieter wipers that my Model S. Any one else have this problem?

    Blueshift's Fund - Supercharge.info

I just found BlueShift's fund site by chance. I've made it my daily read since my Tesla showed up at my door last October. I contributed. Texas has been a Tesla Island for me until just recently when the Mobile AL (I-10) and St Charles MO (I-70) SC were opened. Trip Planner had me going to SW...

Supercharger and Service center: Houston, Texas @ Airtex Industrial Center

I just saw the construction cone at Supercharge.info, so I cruised up there just now --- not on I-45 though. Gridlock construction traffic. Just for fun, I tried to charge my car. They are not powered yet. However, the street address is 14820, not 14810. The number is on the upper left-hand...

A review of the Trip Planning Tool

I live on the Isle of Texas where until just recently escape to the other 47 states was impossible. When 6.2 was installed on my MS, I wanted to see if and how Trip Planner would route me to my cousin's in Atlanta. (At the time the Mobile AL SC was under construction.) The suggested route was to...

What's your 6.0+ car name (if you are willing to share?)

    That's what I named my 1969 BMW 1600 45 years ago. Nice. That car was junk. - - - Updated - - - Model T Two game changing automobiles a century apart.
