Model X Signature Configuration has begun!

Well, after some digging, I found out that the Model S keeps it's stuff under something like http://my.teslamotors.com/sites/default/... I wrote some code to check every possible URL, but I'm not sure if it's legal, but if you want to run it (or someone can tell me it's legal), I'll happily...

Joined. Won't be an owner for a very long time, but I qualify as an "Enthusiast" (To the extent of having a tesla flag over my bed.)

    Where did you hear that?

What does service centers should feel like = "invisible love" mean? Announcement?

Here is my take: When your car needs servicing, it automatically schedules an appointment. It schedules that appointment to start in the middle of a calendar event (Like a meeting). When the time comes, a Ranger arrives with a loaner. He puts your car in "service mode", that allows the loaner...

    P85D efficiency up after 6.1

Simple, put another car (Ideally a Model S), in front of the non-D. Then both cars get draft. They D will mirror the non-D, very accurate test.

    "Robotic Autoplug" (?)

I think it was like October 30th or something. So Texaco just needs to build an automated supercharger for flying cars in the next ten months.

Does anybody know about how much the front motor weights? Edit: I used evtripplanner.com from Seattle to New York. With a model s 85kwh (single motor), it's 335wh/mi assuming a payload of 0lbs, with 500lbs (front motor) it goes up, all the way to 336wh/mi, so not much. No idea why the decrease...

    Tracking P85D delivery thread

Hi, I've been lurking for a while now, but finally got something to post. I just saw a silver P85D with the spoiler right by the Westlake seattle gallery. My first D sighting. If that was you down by the tesla gallery in Seattle (Westlake) at about 11:03AM Pacific time on 12/21/14, Hi!

Let's say thanks: Pizza for the factory employees

Hey, just counted, you guys have raised about $3000 do far. I assumed that everybody who just said "I'm in" donated $100, I have no idea if that's right

    Warning, Ft. Tejon Bad Station

I'm not an owner, but it seems like Tesla should definitely fix your car if the supercharger dinged it.

Washington has no sales tax on EVs either way, so even if you had to pay sales tax in WA, it does not matter.

Input requested: Bonnie's Top Ten List / EV Urban Legends

I know this thread is a little old, but I have to say, very poor, all that stuff would be very big and weight a lot.

Congrats! Please take lots of video. Also, since I am very far from owning a tesla, if you do take a video, would you mind doing it from door to door? I am really interested in the whole delivery experience. Thank you!

Forum Members Unhappy Over Wait for P85D

(Don't take this seriously) Till one day after you take delivery. But seriously, I'm guessing (I've never ordered a Tesla), from reading this thread, it's like 1-2 weeks tops. That's just a guess though (I may have no idea what I'm talking about.)

Hi, I'm not an owner, but I was thinking (uh oh!), has anyone taken their tesla and parked in front of a gas pump? As the opposite of ICEing, EVing! Has this been done? Sorry if this is the stupidest thing that you have ever heard, Ari

    Model S connector max power?

Hi, I was wondering if anybody knew what the maximum amount of power capable of being fed through the Model S Connector (And does it have a better name?)? I get that the battery will overheat, but specifically the connector it self, how much power can you put through it before it melts...

    Browser HTML5 Support

Denarius, Thanks again for helping. After playing around with my own testing solution, I think the best thing would be if you could go here, give it permission, then put in whatever you want for the title and message (but make sure you have both), then click "Display Notification". Browser HTML5 Support

Hi, I'm really in to Teslas. Unfortunately, I do not have one yet. However, I am looking in to building a web app for them, and I was wondering if anybody knew how the well the browser supported HTML5 and treated web pages? Specifically, I am looking at AJAX, Geolocation, Web notifications and...
