CHAdeMO Adaptor Error at Moto Services Exeter

Really starting to wonder if it is actually going to be worth buying a chademo now...

Thinking about getting one of these

Good luck with getting the company to put it on the list Haf, but no reason they shouldn't if it fits the budget. Sure there are some great PR benefits for them about embracing green tech (plus a 0-60 of 5.2s will get you to meetings faster and you can be more productive?). I honestly wouldn't...

    Park Inn - PCN

Any penalty charge notice from private land can pretty much be ignored. You get around seven letters warning about increasingly ridiculous threats before they then just give up. Whole scam of an industry.

    UK Supercharger locations currently unbalanced.

I think the SC rollout increasing will do huge things to promote Tesla ahead of other EVs in the UK. Ecotricity doesn't seem to have the capacity to their sites running properly, and will only become more congested as the number of EVs increases. As for Ricola, I think I've gone and questioned...

    New purchase - finalising options

Feeling good about my decisions reading all the sage advice on here, especially about the dual chargers. Only wobbles have been on air suspension, but I think from a few of the threads that it is a nice to have, but not essential. I'm pretty sure the car will still look awesome with 19" wheels...

    New purchase - finalising options

Rich, I'm up near IBM. Hoping you can take me for a spin when you get yours to ease the pain of waiting for mine! The guys in Birmingham Tesla have a chademo in the store, and he promised they would be out in WEEKS. Ok, so 52 weeks is a year, but everything suggested pretty imminent release...

    New purchase - finalising options

Hey Ricola, I'm in Warwick too! Jealous you will get yours in April, my delivery now late June on P85D. Gone the same way as you, think money better spent on chademo instead of dual chargers. What was the change in pricing? jamie

Next-gen REAR seats no longer available for new orders, please post feedback on yours

She kept saying they fold at an "acute" angle. I guess a seat that is not folding to an acute angle isn't really folding at all. I suspect it is either a minimal difference, as shown by the earlier screenshots, which makes no difference; OR there is something else afoot. @fviken - RN5492076 I...

Next-gen REAR seats no longer available for new orders, please post feedback on yours

I had the call earlier as well. I took it that if I want NG rear seats, that is fine. Just about giving me the option of changing to normal rear, keeping NG front, or changing to normal front and rear. She was still recommending NG rear seats, comfier in the back, but I can't transport as...

Air or coils for the UK?

@Afdyce, thanks for the post - was very useful in trying to decide today when ordering my car. Thought the sensible decision was the 19s, and went for them on my P85D, without the air suspension as well. Order placed today! @graham - had no comment or pressure from the Tesla sales guy about...

Which car to buy? - New to the forum - need some opinions!

My second post on here, been lurking for a week since my first Tesla experience of a test drive on Sunday. Been through this whole process 85 vs 85D vs P85D, and in the end went for the P85D, as I wanted 4WD, and once that was added, P85D seemed to make sense. That and I always thought if...

    Firmware 6.1

Boy did I choose an exciting day to put my order in for a P85D... just the small matter of having to wait 6 months till June now. Torture. So great the see the enhancements coming through. Have been glued to this forum since my test drive on Sunday.
