Video 15' 85D Steering Click
The issue is the two main bolts that mount the steering rack to the body of the car. Mine were first removed, cleaned and retightened but the noise came back. They replaced with two new bolts and the sound has never returned. About a 20 minute fix. -

What wh/m is your P85D getting NOT in range mode?
Agree with the weather comments above. Have had my p85d since early January here in cold Edmonton. Averaging around 500. I have noticed it go down to as low as 350 when the weather warmed up a few times. The heater is a monster.
