Not sure if this correct forum. My car 6years old and climbing still terrific. A few months ago received notice to connect to Wi-Fi which I have never done. This apparently to receive additional navigation . Is this necessary- or a good idea?

I am also a majority case. I live less than 5K from Richmond but still find my home charger is 80-90%. of my charging. I guess I look forward to trips to Sydney and even Brisbane in the next few years but suspect the dollar value is minimal. The new rule would be fine for me.

If you reject the upgrade (i assume v8.0) do you have to wait until another is offered?

Hi, Interested S60 range as so far my longest round trip is to Bellarine 25 degrees (pretty flat?) of say 220Ks at 80-110 kph with plenty (100K) apparently to spare. Bairnsdale is 290K(?) so I assume you had 20-30Ks (8%) indicated remaining after starting with a full charge at the beginning.

If you mean a 10amp connector yes came with car. I picked up from Richmond in Melbourne last week and got an Australian 3 pin power-point and lead. Have not actually used it yet but is there in it's nice bag, ready. Wall charger had arrived weeks before car (just to keep you excited).

Tim Just to note my car finished production a few days after going into production. Has been in transit since then. Still awaiting confirmation of the container/vessel allocation from James. Certainly takes a while. The LA strike has obviously a major issue may even have impacted the US economy...

The workshop is still very empty, presumably that will take a little while longer. However I did not see the extent of the fit out when I visited the St Leonards earlier this year. The facility shows hours of operation for the showroom and workshop not the superchargers. I guess they will work...

Yep. My car is scheduled for June and James has said that I will be one of the first to "take delivery in our new Service Centre in Richmond" Looks lot closer than that! Any one have schedule delivery very soon?

My theory is that the Centre at Richmond with Superchargers will open mid- late June with a bunch of new cars delivered and maximum fanfare! Cheers Barry
