I do not think my car, which is in transit will have it. It is crazy that a car in this price range would not have matching front and back seats. IMHO.

When you are purchasing a 125k sports car, you should expect staggered tires and there should not be a change of spec's, after being told they would be staggered.

It appears 21's are required.

When was this? Where do you live?

I hope 3 weeks is conservative and it's closer to 10-14 days. Looking at FL deliveries, that is what is appears to be. Good Luck...
