I got mine replaced with MCUv2 today and it was close to 4k with tax. Mine was out of warranty and the v1 for a 2015 85D with tech package was not that much cheaper with a much longer wait time. So I opted for the v2.

Just wondering what are the opinions of the forum on replacing HID bulbs with generic or eBay purchased versions. My driver side light goes on at car start then turns off until the next 'restart' so I figure the bulb may need to be replaced. I've never replaced a HID one before but looking at...

I opted to hold my place in line for the AWD but I could still go back and configure the 3 as a first production model. Looks like all the hold place in line option does is give you an email for whenever your selected option becomes available. You don't actually lose your place though who knows...

Also just got my invite. Own a Model S and we ordered online on the first day. I will probably wait but going to play around with the options.

This. My kids are a bit younger but they can't handle more than an hour or two before needing to get out. So we plan our SC stops in areas where they can get out and run around. If we pack a picnic lunch, even better so they can play even longer. When we get back to the S, they're tuckered out...

I've had mine for 2 years and haven't gotten any scratches. I will say it is a 'clean' trim which some people may interpret as boring. And those people would have a point... But, it hasn't bothered me. If anything, it's minimalist and I'm fine with that.
