Has anyone gotten swag for a late delivery? My DS had a delivery date of 6/19 and can't find the MS b/c he can't ping it. He said he got a manifest that said it's in Chicago (aka the "black hole"). My birthday is this Thursday. Anyone get swag with a delivery on their birthday?

Mike Holt is an awesome guy. I met him over 20 years ago and he helped me out a lot. He even has (or had) an 800 phone number you can call to ask him code questions directly! He refused to take any compensation for helping me out. I hope to go to one of his seminars in the near future.

Good question! He was fired for obvious reasons. The oil industry employs people to follow gasoline transport drivers to make sure they are being safe. They are not always there 100% of the time to make sure all procedures are followed.
