Charged today at the unmarked bay city supercharger. It is located at the Meier on Wilder road. It nearest the north east corner of the building perpendicular to the garden center.

Its such an important missing link it DESERVES its own thread!

Crystal Mountain Hi Jim, I wouldn't be staying at Crystal Mountain, but usually stop there for dinner/lunch on my way to Frankfort. Do you know if they allow charging for restaurant patrons or is it for lodging guests only?

I stopped by too and spoke to the DTE worker. He indicated DTE would be finished supplying the transformer with power tomorrow-Friday 8/7. He also indicated Tesla has more to do before they will be ready to 'flip the switch'. My guess is a couple weeks still, probably open for Labor Day weekend...

Despite MI being anti-Tesla more-than-most states, at the recent Grand Rapids SC opening they announced a Cadillac SC to be open by the end of 2015. My folks live in Frankfort so that is just about PERFECT for me. (mod note: edited and moved to new thread)

I get mine on Monday. There are 5 or so in AA that I know of. Congrats and I will see you around town.

I know a couple states have tax credits expiring 6/30/15. GA and WA are 2 examples. Orders for those states have been bumped up to priority delivery. I also read that 85's where being made faster than 65's. Not sure if that's still true with 70's.

Can you go to Lexington and make the drive across to Nashville.(235 miles for me, My 85D is 'in production')? I too travel from Northern Ohio to Nashville. I think I could charge in Dayton, FULL charge in Lexington and make it, but I don't have any real life experience with Tesla S 85D yet.

Just drove by and nothing looks like a charging station. There is a lot of construction in the Meijer parking lot on the AA/Saline road side, but not superchargers.
