Yes they give you one iPhone cable and one USBC cable. The rep installed the one I wanted when I picked up my Model 3.

Here is a pic of Model 3 in front of the Tesla building on Kato Rd. You can see the naked Superchargers in the background and that construction on them appears to have started up again. Model 3 spotted with new rims.

Yes the grey mesh towards the middle of the facade on the long axis of the main building. I've seen this structure in digital renderings but I haven't heard what it's for.
