Middle seat in 2nd row opens cupholder when moved forward

I have a 90D with towing package (VIN 3xxx, April delivery). My dust cover looks different than what's in the manual and from pics I've seen like Bonnie's Sig 2. Did I get the wrong cover or did they update the design? -

SC drove my car 18 miles during repair
My X90D was in the service center for interior issues and a bad fog light. I checked my car's logs from teslalog.com and noticed the car was driven 18 miles for 35 minutes on the last day it was at the service center. Is that typical? Struggling to find a reason for why they'd need to drive it...
