Hey, I'm having a similar issue in my MS 2015 - Tesla SC can't fix/replicate, but happening daily, only on start up in morning. See errors in screenshot. I suspected a software issue but maybe 12V battery related. Any thoughts ?

Just to update on this topic, I've now had all 4 handles replaced (the not retracting issue). But a new issue only 2 weeks after last repair, now the two fixed handles retract but don't unlock the doors. Hopefully Tesla will fix as it looks like relating to recent work. If not, I'll let you...

Tesla doesn't mandate compulsory servicing (to maintain warranty), so not sure Redbook (now Carsales) can enforce servicing annually ?

I'm also having the door handle drama on a 2015 Model S. 2nd handle just gone. Understanding the fix is only some small parts, I keep arguing for them to fix all 4 doors (or replace with the improved handle design) but it's their policy not to make pre-emptive repairs. Meanwhile warranty...

I don't do many kms so not a concern, but reading posts in this thread, others believe it's unlimited kms - I can't see a km limit in the Redbook information.

See my post #36 above, it may help somewhat but agree there's a tad of "trust us" in this grey area. Redbook seem happy to answer any questions, best done by way of example as I did.

OK, I checked it out and it does look better. But I note 'wear and tear' is still an exclusion. So does that mean door handles, boot lid struts etc may not be claimable if they go ? These are the two issues I've had in first couple of years with my MS85.
