    release notes

Thanks, araxara, but I should have specified that I can't find the latest release notes (i.e. from the update I installed last night 3/11/2016). Seems like there's some lag time before they're posted?

    release notes

Has anyone tried to access the release notes on the Tesla website? I can't find 'em anywhere! Seems like a no brainer to me. And am I the only one who thinks that the site is really lame for such an amazingly advanced company?! What do other owners do if you want to read the release notes...

Driver assistance features disabled. Contact Tesla.

Having the exact same problem on a three-month-old model s, maybe once or twice a week at random. Should've searched the threads before posting. My bad. Thanks for the suggestion to clean the sensor. After reading all these posts, I definitely won't bother calling customer support. Bugs happen.

    random "driver assistance features unavailable"

Please ignore. I should've searched for similar threads before posting this. My bad. Ever since the 7.0 upgrade, about once or twice a week, I'll get the following error message when turning on the car in the morning: "Driver assistance features unavailable. Contact customer support." I'm...

    Autopilot "down the driveway"

Ha! Good one, Shady! Thanks for the reply. But seriously, we have an extremely narrow driveway, with just enough space between the fence and the house for the Model S to fit with mirrors tucked in. Right now, my wife just backs up v-e-r-y slowly to avoid literally "bouncing off the walls"...

    Autopilot "down the driveway"

Last spring, Tesla was advertising Autopilot on their home page with the claim that this feature would soon enable the Model S to start at a pre-determined time, back down the driveway by itself, and park in front of your house (on private property, of course). They don't seem to be talking...

    Windshield Wipers Don't Retract

Thanks, everyone! I can see both knuckles but not the blades. I noticed a few other Model S' with bare knuckles too. I'll have the service guys take a quick look when I'm in their neighborhood, but it seems like this is normal. It's just strange that the wipers weren't this way when I took...

    Windshield Wipers Don't Retract

Thanks, Todd, FlasherZ and Steve! I appreciate your suggestions. Unfortunately, none of these tips worked for me. Now I'm curious about your wipers. Do they stick up a bit or do they go all the way down?

    Windshield Wipers Don't Retract

I'm a newbie and sure would appreciate some guidance on this. I used my wipers for the first time yesterday, and they won't retract back down into the well (or whatever it's called). I searched all the threads and can't find an answer. Ditto for the manual. I even asked the service guys at...

    Hello, world!

Just a friendly note to say "hi" to my fellow Tesla fans (fanatics?) around the world. My wife and I took delivery of our stunning new Model S 70D a couple of weeks ago, and we're still in the honeymoon phase (with the car, of course).
